Ok so I'm not too good at the whole blog thing yet...and I'm killing my sister because I haven't posted in forever. It has been a fun few weeks. Our friends Dallin and Sam got married on June 26th and our other friends Phil and Aubrey got married on June 27th. They were both in Oakland, so we got to take a little vacation to go to the weddings. It was so much fun! Both the weddings were beautiful! We stayed at Justin's cousin's house which was a lot of fun. I had only met Kelly from our wedding, so it was fun to meet Mark and the kids. They are great! It was a really fun, but exhausting weekend. Two weddings in a row will wear you out. We were both in the wedding for Dallin and Sam so we had lots to do. The sealing was beautiful and we were so lucky to be a part of it! It was so fun to see everyone we have been missing in Provo. We love being in Arizona, but we do miss lots of our friends! Justin has been buying the yellow vitamin water everywhere we go because he misses Dallin so much. It's pretty funny. Anyway, the weddings were great and we are so happy we could be there!
This last weekend was the 4th of July! It was really fun to be able to relax and spend time with the family this weekend. We both had work off on Friday, so we got to sleep in and be lazy for a little while. Jessica and Mike got a hotel room at the Desert Ridge Marriott, so we went to the pool there with them on Friday and Saturday. Ryan and Aimee came too, which was a lot of fun. The 4th of July would not be complete without fireworks, so we drove out to Carefree to watch the fireworks. They were pretty lame at first, but they got much better. Except poor Bentley started to get scared from the loud noise and starting crying, "buh bye, buh bye." He climbed over the seat and got in his car seat because he wanted to leave so badly. It was so sad. It was a really fun weekend and the relaxing was exactly what we needed.
